What this site collects, which is almost nothing, and where anything you type actually goes.
Does this site track me?
No. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cookie set by this site. Nothing you do here is recorded by us.
What happens when I fill in a registration form?
The registration forms are provided by My Music Staff, the booking system the academy runs on, and are shown inside this page from their servers. What you type goes to My Music Staff and to the academy, not through this website. Their handling of it is covered by their own privacy policy.
What does the academy do with my details?
Uses them to arrange lessons and to contact you about them. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone outside the academy except the booking system that stores them.
Are there other companies involved in this page?
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the address of the device requesting them. Links out to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Yelp, Google Maps and Step Up for Students take you to those companies, where their own terms apply.
Children
Most students here are children, and registration is completed by a parent or guardian. The academy does not knowingly collect information directly from a child.
Seeing or deleting what is held about you
Email cristina@rockoutacademy.com or call (727) 277-9743 and ask. The academy will tell you what is held and remove it on request, subject to any records it has to keep.
